Students may be registered for “partials,” meaning they can be signed up for coverage from dismissal to 4:40pm (“EARLY Partial”) OR the period following Enrichment Classes (“LATE Partial”), from 4:40pm to 6:30pm, at a reduced fee.

Please note: if you register for a combination of FULL DAY and EARLY Partial days, you may find that exclusively using the FULL DAY option, instead, is the more economical option. Please be sure to check your monthly total. Parents are responsible for selecting and adjusting their aftercare schedules to match with their enrichment choices. Our software does not automatically adjust the aftercare based on enrichment enrollment.
Payment Dates: Sep 1, Oct 1, Nov 1, Dec 1, Jan 1, Feb 1, Mar 1, Apr 1, May 1, Jun 1
Aftercare is available to PreK students, for full days or early partial days, from dismissal (2:30pm) until 6:30pm. Aftercare begins with the first full day of school for PreK students (beginning on Wednesday, September 13). Students at the PS58 PreK Annex will be met there by Carroll Kids counselors and escorted to PS58. We make the commute in all weather, so be sure your child is prepared for the elements!
Students convene in the cafeteria where they are given snack and play games until regular school dismissal at 3:10pm. Their special PreK counselor then escorts them to their classroom where they engage in free play, arts & crafts, games and schoolyard play. A second snack is provided for those staying until 6pm. Parents may pick-up at any time by checking in at Carroll Kids lobby desk.

These rates are for coverage during non-attendance days, when the building is open but students do not attend school. Students may register for all-day camp (8:30am to 6:30pm) and/or extended day (3pm to 6:30pm). The cost of “Carroll Kids Camp” varies on the activities planned. Please see Coverage Options for additional details.
The half-day rate of $50/day covers the period from noon until 3pm when Carroll Kids begins. For details, refer to Coverage Options.
There is an annual non-refundable registration fee of $25 per family, which covers your children for the entire school year or any portion thereof. This is an administrative fee for Carroll Kids Aftercare to cover the cost of our software. It does not cover nor can it be applied to the program fee. .
We understand that people occasionally run late, but at the same time ask you to please keep in mind that our staff has commitments of its own beyond Carroll Kids. Should you run later than 6:30pm, a late fee of $10 will be charged until 6:45pm and an additional $25 until 7pm will be billed to your account. Please do not think of this as an additional service, and unfortunately once the school is closed your child and our counselor will not be permitted to wait inside the building. We reserve the right to drop students from the program when families exceed five latenesses. Late fees must be paid by the end of month
Session-long fees are due on the 1st of each month; all other fees are due as they occur. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, and money orders. We do not accept cash.
Registrations made online will be automatically charged throughout the year to your credit card on file in your account. We charge your credit card on the first of the month. To change your payment method, please also send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org authorizing Carroll Kids to run charges on your behalf to your new credit card.
As of December 1, 2017, accounts with balances in excess of $100 for greater than 90 days will be suspended. This means your child will not be able to participate in our Aftercare program until your account is paid in full.
Carroll Kids Aftercare fees apply to the first child in each family; additional students will receive a 15% discount. The discount applies to programs of equal or lesser value. Please note: there is no sibling discount on Carroll Kids Enrichment Classes.
