COVID testing is conducted weekly in all NYC public schools. All students in grades 1 to 5 who are learning in person must have a signed COVID test permission form on file. Students who do not have a form on file will be moved to an all-remote cohort. We are not testing students in grades PreK or Kindergarten at this time.
The easiest way to grant permission for COVID testing at school is through your NYC Schools account (www.mystudent.nyc). Open the “Manage Account” menu and click “Consent Form”.
If you don’t have a NYCSA yet, please contact Parent Coordinator Joan Bredthauer, firstname.lastname@example.org.
